Video conferencing rooms designed around how your organisation actually works.
Harp Visual designs, installs and supports video conferencing rooms for corporate, public sector and enterprise environments. Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex and platform-agnostic installations - all with the same approach: the right camera, audio and display for the room, integrated properly and supported long term. We are platform-agnostic. The platform you use is the platform we build around. If you are still deciding, we will give objective guidance based on the room, users and organisation - not a recommendation driven only by what we happen to resell.
Platforms we work with
Harp Visual designs and installs rooms around major video conferencing platforms. The platform is your choice - we make it work properly in the room.
The technology that makes rooms work
Platform selection is one decision. Camera, audio and room hardware are just as important. A room with the wrong microphone for its acoustic properties, or the wrong camera for its seating layout, will frustrate users regardless of which platform it runs.
Harp Visual specifies hardware by room type, user behaviour and environment - not from a standard kit list.
Room types we design for
Full turnkey delivery
Harp Visual delivers video conferencing rooms from consultation and design through installation, commissioning and handover. Room hardware, camera coverage, audio, display, control and presentation connectivity are specified around the room and platform requirement.
After handover, maintenance and support packages can cover remote support, firmware management, fault response and on-site attendance where required.
Video conferencing for controlled and secure environments
For video conferencing in defence, government or regulated environments - where controlled connectivity, managed signal paths, no unmanaged wireless and alignment with security requirements are operational considerations - that capability sits within Secure AV rather than this commercial VC page.
Common questions
Which video conferencing platforms does Harp Visual support?
Harp Visual designs and installs rooms around Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex and platform-agnostic approaches. The platform the client uses is the platform we build around. Platform licences are provided and managed through the relevant platform provider.
What is an auto-tracking camera and do I need one?
Auto-tracking cameras automatically follow active speakers and reframe as participants move around the room. They are most useful in larger rooms, training environments and spaces where presenter movement is expected. For small rooms, a fixed wide-angle camera or all-in-one video bar may be more appropriate.
What is the difference between a video bar and a separate camera and audio system?
An all-in-one video bar integrates camera, microphone array and speaker into a single unit, making it suitable for small and medium rooms. Separate camera and audio components provide greater flexibility for larger rooms, unusual layouts, ceiling microphones or spaces where a video bar's integrated microphone would not reach all participants.
What is a platform-agnostic meeting room?
A platform-agnostic room is designed to work with the user's chosen meeting platform rather than a dedicated room platform. It typically includes a professional display, camera, microphone system and wired presentation connection. The user joins the meeting from their own device, using Teams, Zoom, Webex or another platform.
Can presentation connectivity be included?
Yes. Presentation connectivity can include HDMI, USB-C and wireless presentation where appropriate. The final approach is specified around the room, users, IT environment, visitor requirements and support model.
Do you support the system after installation?
Yes. Harp Visual provides maintenance and support packages for installed VC rooms, including remote support, firmware management, fault response and on-site attendance where required. Support is scoped to the system and the organisation's operational requirements.
