Interxion - Brick Lane, London
ENTERPRISE
Network operations centre video wall for shared visibility across critical data centre monitoring sources.
“Harp took responsibility from the get go. It took into account the physical and ergonomic needs working from the basic principle of who needs to see what to do their job. Viewing angles and how the information was to be displayed was key to the successful installation. Plus, Harp's solution gave best value for money.”
— David Ford, Director of European Customer Service Centre & Customer Operations, Interxion
Project overview
Interxion is a European provider of carrier and cloud-neutral co-location data centre services. Its Brick Lane facility required a network operations centre that could bring critical information sources into a shared display environment for operational teams and visiting clients.
The existing NOC display had evolved over time and could not flex as new applications and monitoring sources were introduced. Harp Visual designed around who needed to see what, the room ergonomics and the visitor-facing role of the NOC.
